HOW TO GET YOUR SAMPLES TO ENVIROCOMPLIANCE LABORATORIES:

You may come by one of our three regional laboratories or our service center and drop off your samples.  See the Contact & Locations page for a map and driving directions to any of these four locations.

Our normal operating hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except for national holidays.

If the Lynchburg, Virginia area is more convenient, our Service Center is open to receive samples on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, our Lynchburg employee picks up samples as routinely scheduled for the convenience of our regular customers.

SPECIAL COURIER SERVICES:

Company employees provide "at your door step" sample pick-up services in response to Special Services Requests.  Please use the phone during regular business hours to make these requests.  You will get immediate and personal attention!

Our couriers are employees of EnviroCompliance Laboratories, Inc.  We do not use independent delivery services.  This operating policy eliminates that risk from the integrity of the Chain-of-Custody for your samples.

If you need guidance or assistance in taking your water or waste water samples, please let us know when you schedule a Special Services Request.  If you have other types of chemicals to be sampled and tested, please call us first for professional guidance.
